Redtailed Hawks circled and swooped as the roof went up over my home on the west slope of the Catalina Mountains, telling me it was okay to build here.
Hawks are messengers... I honor them by calling it THE HOUSE OF THE REDTAILS.
Risa has written 15+ storybooks, and provided storytelling to groups, schools and private events.
Also, Risa designs clothing and note cards. You can purchase her storybooks, clothing and note cards at any show. Note cards will be available online in the future.
Risa began her love affair with light, using watercolor in 1973. She loves to paint the Grand Canyon, wildlife, and the historical features of Arizona.
Waldt also paints murals anywhere. From rooms in your home, exterior walls, fences, etc. If you can dream it Risa can paint it.
